Food Drive
On Saturday December 12, 1998, members of the Regiment marched from Fort York Arnmoury to the Toronto Daily Bread Food Bank to deliver over 1,500 lbs. For the fith year in a row, in the weeks leading up to the Christmas stand-down, the soldiers had collected non-perishable food. During a break in training, and lead by Pipe Major Rick Dade and Drum Major John Millar the soldiers marched along Fleet Street to the food bank wearhouse. Television stations CITY-TV and CFTO-TV sent camera crews to cover the event.
