My ticket

Members of the Press Operations team at Aquatics were given tickets to attend athletic events in the Olympic Stadium on the evening of Saturday 28 August. Our seats were right under the Olympic flame opposite the high jump. Shortly after we arrived the women's 10,000m medal ceremony was held. This was followed by the finals of the women's 1,500m race, the men's javlin, the men's 5000m, the men's 4 x 100m relay race, the women's 4 x 400m relay race, and the men's 4 x 400m relay race. These events were followed by their respective medal ceremonies.
